PhD student



Evangelia Dislaki concluded her Bachelor´s studies in Production Engineering and Management at Democritus University of Thrace, Greece in 2011. Subsequently, she pursued her interest in robotics by obtaining her M.Sc. in Robotics, Systems and Control at ETH Zurich. Her Master´s Thesis involved the design and fabrication of high-throughput bioengineering platforms with magnetically actuated microcantilevers. During her industrial internship at Levitronix GmbH in Zurich, Evangelia gained valuable practical experience. Since September 2015, she has joined the UAB as a Marie Curie Research Fellow in the SELECTA Innovative Training Network funded under the Horizon 2020 European Framework. The topic of her current research is “Template-assisted and template-free electrodeposition of nanoporous metallic coatings”.
